In any analysis of citizen complaint processing and outcomes, it is important to consider the findings in the context of what is known about complaint processing from studies conducted within and across other jurisdictions. WebLaw and literature studies are separated into three areas. The first area involves law in literature. This area focuses on the legal themes depicted in novels and other literary works.
