WebI'm guessing you're not looking for a custom rifle because $1k isn't even gonna get you a receiver to start with. I'd like to say I'd build one from a Fightlite SCR receiver, but giving the going rate of those receivers I don't think it's feasible for $1k. CZ 45X. Best bolt action .22 under $1000 in my opinion.
